My air stopped working and called express to com r and service it. Originally it was thought to be a replaceable part. After replacing the part he found that when adding more freon there was another ther issue that wouldn't allow the air to work. Upon discovering the new issue we decided to place the unit as it was already 10 years old. So I opted for a new unit. Expressed order the new unit along with a new heatpump as it was also 10 years old. So they were very accommodating to order this as well when the units were delivered they installed everything in one day Along with a new thermostat because I personally did not like the old one. It was way too complicated for my use. They cheerfully replaced it as well. They did an amazing job.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
